Research Interests

My interests include robotics, optimization theory and application, artificial intelligence and neural network. During the past five years, I have been mainly in charge of four robotics-related projects, one Chinese Natural Science Foundation project on safe massage robotic arms, three Chinese National 863 Program projects respectively concerning on rescuing and searching robot system jointly consisting of a larger carrier robot and a couple of smaller surveillance robots, throwing surveillance miniaturized robot, and humanoid rehabilitation robot for brain stroke.

Academic Achievements

1. Safe massage robotic arm with compliant joint modules
2. Humanoid Rehabilitation Robot
3. Composite rescuing and searching robotic system
4. Throwing surveillance miniaturized robot
